ప్రథమహిం గురుకో శీశ నవాఊఁ।
హరిచరణోం మేం ధ్యాన లగాఊఁ॥
గీత సునాఊఁ అద్భుత యార।
ధారణ సే హో బేड़ా పార॥
అర్జున కహై సునో భగవానా।
అపనే రూప బతాయే నానా॥
ఉనకా మైం కఛు భేద న జానా।
కిరపా కర ఫిర కహో సుజానా॥
జో కోఈ తుమకో నిత ధ్యావే।
భక్తిభావ సే చిత్త లగావే॥
రాత దివస తుమరే గుణ గావే।
తుమసే దూజా మన నహీం భావే॥
తుమరా నామ జపే దిన రాత।
ఔర కరే నహీం దూజీ బాత॥
దూజా నిరాకార కో ధ్యావే।
అక్షర అలఖ అనాది బతావే॥
దోనోం ధ్యాన లగానే వాలా।
ఉనమేం కుణ ఉత్తమ నన్దలాలా॥
అర్జున సే బోలే భగవాన్।
సున ప్యారే కఛు దేకర ధ్యాన॥
మేరా నామ జపై జపవావే।
నేత్రోం మేం ప్రేమాశ్రు ఛావే॥
ముఝ బిను ఔర కఛు నహీం చావే।
రాత దివస మేరా గుణ గావే॥
సునకర మేరా నామోచ్చార।
ఉఠై రోమ తన బారమ్బార॥
జినకా క్షణ టూటై నహిం తార।
ఉనకీ శ్రద్ఘా అటల అపార॥
ముఝ మేం జుడ़కర ధ్యాన లగావే।
ధ్యాన సమయ విహ్వల హో జావే॥
కంఠ రుకే బోలా నహిం జావే।
మన బుధి మేరే మాఁహీ సమావే॥
లజ్జా భయ రు బిసారే మాన।
అపనా రహే నా తన కా జ్ఞాన॥
ఐసే జో మన ధ్యాన లగావే।
సో యోగిన మేం శ్రేష్ఠ కహావే॥
జో కోఈ ధ్యావే నిర్గుణ రూప।
పూర్ణ బ్రహ్మ అరు అచల అనూప॥
నిరాకార సబ వేద బతావే।
మన బుద్ధీ జహఁ థాహ న పావే॥
జిసకా కబహుఁ న హోవే నాశ।
బ్యాపక సబమేం జ్యోం ఆకాశ॥
అటల అనాది ఆనన్దఘన।
జానే బిరలా జోగీజన॥
ఐసా కరే నిరన్తర ధ్యాన।
సబకో సమఝే ఏక సమాన॥
మన ఇన్ద్రియ అపనే వశ రాఖే।
విషయన కే సుఖ కబహుఁ న చాఖే॥
సబ జీవోం కే హిత మేం రత।
ఐసా ఉనకా సచ్చా మత॥
వహ భీ మేరే హీ కో పాతే।
నిశ్చయ పరమా గతి కో జాతే॥
ఫల దోనోం కా ఏక సమాన।
కిన్తు కఠిన హై నిర్గుణ ధ్యాన॥
జబతక హై మన మేం అభిమాన।
తబతక హోనా ముశ్కిల జ్ఞాన॥
జినకా హై నిర్గుణ మేం ప్రేమ।
ఉనకా దుర్ఘట సాధన నేమ॥
మన టికనే కో నహీం అధార।
ఇససే సాధన కఠిన అపార॥
సగున బ్రహ్మ కా సుగమ ఉపాయ।
సో మైం తుఝకో దియా బతాయ॥
యజ్ఞ దానాది కర్మ అపారా।
మేరే అర్పణ కర కర సారా॥
అటల లగావే మేరా ధ్యాన।
సమఝే ముఝకో ప్రాణ సమాన॥
సబ దునియా సే తోड़ే ప్రీత।
ముఝకో సమఝే అపనా మీత॥
ప్రేమ మగ్న హో అతి అపార।
సమఝే యహ సంసార అసార॥
జిసకా మన నిత ముఝమేం యార।
ఉనసే కరతా మైం అతి ప్యార॥
కేవట బనకర నావ చలాఊఁ।
భవ సాగర కే పార లగాఊఁ॥
యహ హై సబసే ఉత్తమ జ్ఞాన।
ఇససే తూ కర మేరా ధ్యాన॥
ఫిర హోవేగా మోహిం సామాన।
యహ కహనా మమ సచ్చా జాన॥
