స్వామిన్ సర్వజగన్నాధ సంశయోఽస్తి మమ ప్రభో
చతుషష్టి కలాభిజ్ఞ పాతకా ద్యోగవిద్వర
ముచ్యతే కేన పుణ్యేన బ్రహ్మరూపః కథం భవేత్
దేహశ్చ దేవతారూపో మన్త్ర రూపో విశేషతః
కర్మత చ్ఛ్రోతు మిచ్ఛామి న్యాసం చ విధిపూర్వకమ్
ఋషి శ్ఛన్దోఽధి దైవఞ్చ ధ్యానం చ విధివ త్ప్రభో

అస్య్తేకం పరమం గుహ్యం గాయత్రీ కవచం తథా
పఠనా ద్ధారణా న్మర్త్య స్సర్వపాపైః ప్రముచ్యతే
సర్వాఙ్కామానవాప్నోతి దేవీ రూపశ్చ జాయతే
గాయత్త్రీ కవచస్యాస్య బ్రహ్మవిష్ణుమహేశ్వరాః
ఋషయో ఋగ్యజుస్సామాథర్వ చ్ఛన్దాంసి నారద
బ్రహ్మరూపా దేవతోక్తా గాయత్రీ పరమా కలా
తద్బీజం భర్గ ఇత్యేషా శక్తి రుక్తా మనీషిభిః
కీలకఞ్చ ధియః ప్రోక్తం మోక్షార్ధే వినియోజనమ్
చతుర్భిర్హృదయం ప్రోక్తం త్రిభి ర్వర్ణై శ్శిర స్స్మృతమ్
చతుర్భిస్స్యాచ్ఛిఖా పశ్చాత్త్రిభిస్తు కవచం స్స్ముతమ్
చతుర్భి ర్నేత్ర ముద్ధిష్టం చతుర్భిస్స్యాత్తదస్ర్తకమ్
అథ ధ్యానం ప్రవక్ష్యామి సాధకాభీష్టదాయకమ్
ముక్తా విద్రుమ హేమనీల ధవల చ్ఛాయైర్ముఖై స్త్రీక్షణైః
యుక్తామిన్దు నిబద్ధ రత్న మకుటాం తత్వార్ధ వర్ణాత్మికామ్ ।
గాయత్త్రీం వరదాభయాం కుశకశాశ్శుభ్రం కపాలం గదాం
శఙ్ఖం చక్ర మథారవిన్ద యుగలం హస్తైర్వహన్తీం భజే ॥
గాయత్త్రీ పూర్వతః పాతు సావిత్రీ పాతు దక్షిణే
బ్రహ్మ సన్ధ్యాతు మే పశ్చాదుత్తరాయాం సరస్వతీ
పార్వతీ మే దిశం రాక్షే త్పావకీం జలశాయినీ
యాతూధానీం దిశం రక్షే ద్యాతుధానభయఙ్కరీ
పావమానీం దిశం రక్షేత్పవమాన విలాసినీ
దిశం రౌద్రీఞ్చ మే పాతు రుద్రాణీ రుద్ర రూపిణీ
ఊర్ధ్వం బ్రహ్మాణీ మే రక్షే దధస్తా ద్వైష్ణవీ తథా
ఏవం దశ దిశో రక్షే త్సర్వాఙ్గం భువనేశ్వరీ
తత్పదం పాతు మే పాదౌ జఙ్ఘే మే సవితుఃపదమ్
వరేణ్యం కటి దేశేతు నాభిం భర్గ స్తథైవచ
దేవస్య మే తద్ధృదయం ధీమహీతి చ గల్లయోః
ధియః పదం చ మే నేత్రే యః పదం మే లలాటకమ్
నః పదం పాతు మే మూర్ధ్ని శిఖాయాం మే ప్రచోదయాత్
తత్పదం పాతు మూర్ధానం సకారః పాతు ఫాలకమ్
చక్షుషీతు వికారార్ణో తుకారస్తు కపోలయోః
నాసాపుటం వకారార్ణో రకారస్తు ముఖే తథా
ణికార ఊర్ధ్వ మోష్ఠన్తు యకారస్త్వధరోష్ఠకమ్
ఆస్యమధ్యే భకారార్ణో గోకార శ్చుబుకే తథా
దేకారః కణ్ఠ దేశేతు వకార స్స్కన్ధ దేశకమ్
స్యకారో దక్షిణం హస్తం ధీకారో వామ హస్తకమ్
మకారో హృదయం రక్షేద్ధికార ఉదరే తథా
ధికారో నాభి దేశేతు యోకారస్తు కటిం తథా
గుహ్యం రక్షతు యోకార ఊరూ ద్వౌ నః పదాక్షరమ్
ప్రకారో జానునీ రక్షే చ్ఛోకారో జఙ్ఘ దేశకమ్
దకారం గుల్ఫ దేశేతు యాకారః పదయుగ్మకమ్
తకార వ్యఞ్జనం చైవ సర్వాఙ్గే మే సదావతు
ఇదన్తు కవచం దివ్యం బాధా శత వినాశనమ్
చతుష్షష్టి కలా విద్యాదాయకం మోక్షకారకమ్
ముచ్యతే సర్వ పాపేభ్యః పరం బ్రహ్మాధిగచ్ఛతి
పఠనా చ్ఛ్రవణా ద్వాపి గో సహస్ర ఫలం లభేత్
