mūrti svayaṃbhū śāradā,

maihara āna virāja|

mālā, pustaka, dhāriṇī,

vīṇā kara meṃ sāja||

ādi śakti tuma jaga kalyāṇī||

rūpa caturbhuja tumharo mātā|

tīna loka mahaṃ tuma vikhyātā||

do sahasra barṣahi anumānā|

trikūṭa parvata śāradā vāsā|

śarada indu sama badana tumhāro|

kānana kuṇḍala lola suhāvahi|

mahiṣā sura vadha kīnhi bhavānī|

tulasī sūrya ādi vidvānā|

parama śaktimaya parama prakāśā||

sumirahu śārada nāma akhaṃḍā|

vyāpai nahiṃ kalikāla pracaṇḍā||

sūrya candra nabha maṇḍala tāre|

śārada kṛpā camakate sāre||

udbhava sthiti pralaya kāriṇī|

bandau śārada jagata tāriṇī||

duḥkha daridra saba jāhiṃ nasāī|

tumhārī kṛpā śāradā māī||

parama punīti jagata adhārā|

mātu śāradā jñāna tumhārā||

vidyā buddhi milahiṃ sukhadānī|

jaya jaya jaya śāradā bhavānī||

śārade pūjana jo jana karahīṃ|

niścaya te bhava sāgara tarahīṃ||

hoī sakala vidhi ati kalyāṇā||

jaga ke viṣaya mahā duḥkha dāī|
