সচ্ছিন্নধন্বা বিরথো হতাশ্বো হতসারথিঃ।
অভ্যধাবত তাং দেবীং খড্গচর্মধরোঽসুরঃ ॥6॥
সিংহমাহত্য খড্গেন তীক্ষ্ণধারেণ মূর্ধনি।
আজঘান ভুজে সব্যে দেবীং অব্যতিবেগবান্ ॥6॥
তস্যাঃ খড্গো ভুজং প্রাপ্য পফাল নৃপনন্দন।
ততো জগ্রাহ শূলং স কোপাদ্ অরুণলোচনঃ ॥8॥
চিক্ষেপ চ ততস্তত্তু ভদ্রকাল্যাং মহাসুরঃ।
জাজ্বল্যমানং তেজোভী রবিবিম্বমিবাম্বরাত্ ॥9॥
দৃষ্ট্বা তদাপতচ্ছূলং দেবী শূলমমুঞ্চত।
তচ্ছূলংশতধা তেন নীতং শূলং স চ মহাসুরঃ ॥10॥
হতে তস্মিন্মহাবীর্যে মহিষস্য চমূপতৌ।
আজগাম গজারূডঃ শ্চামরস্ত্রিদশার্দনঃ ॥11॥

মাহিষেণ স্বরূপেণ ত্রাসযামাসতান্ গণান্ ॥21॥
কাংশ্চিত্তুণ্ডপ্রহারেণ খুরক্ষেপৈস্তথাপরান্।
