Adivo Alladivo (full title: Adivo Alladivo Sri Hari Vasamu) is a Telugu keerthana by the 15th-century composer Tallapaka Annamacharya (Annamacharya), dedicated to Lord Venkateswara at Tirumala. The song describes Venkatachala hill as the eternal abode of Sri Hari (Vishnu) and is among the most celebrated pieces in the Annamacharya corpus.

Historical and traditional background

Tallapaka Annamacharya (1408–1503 CE) was a Telugu Vaishnava saint-composer who served at the Tirumala temple during the Vijayanagara Empire. He is credited with over 32,000 devotional keerthanas (sankirtanas), many inscribed on copper plates preserved at Tirumala. Adivo Alladivo is one of his best-known compositions. His works are part of the South Indian Bhakti tradition and belong firmly within Vaishnavism.
