bhruvormadhye prANamAvezya samyaksa taM paraM puruSamupaiti divyam || 10 ||
yadakSaraM vedavido vadanti vizanti yadyatayo vItarAgAH|
yadicchanto brahmacaryaM caranti tatte padaM saGgraheNa pravakSye || 11 ||
sarvadvArANi saMyamya mano hRdi nirudhya ca |
mUrdhnyAdhAyAtmanaH prANamAsthito yogadhAraNAm || 12 ||
omityekAkSaraM brahma vyAharanmAmanusmaran |
yaH prayAti tyajandehaM sa yAti paramAM gatim || 13 ||
ananyacetAH satataM yo mAM smarati nityazaH |
tasyAhaM sulabhaH pArtha nityayuktasya yoginaH || 14 ||
mAmupetya punarjanma duHkhAlayamazAzvatam |
nApnuvanti mahAtmAnaH saMsiddhiM paramAM gatAH || 15 ||

yatra kAle tvanAvRttimAvRttiM caiva yoginaH |
prayAtA yAnti taM kAlaM vakSyAmi bharatarSabha || 23 ||
agnirjotirahaH zuklaH SaNmAsA uttarAyaNam |
tatra prayAtA gacchanti brahma brahmavido janAH || 24 ||
dhUmo rAtristathA kRSNaH SaNmAsA dakSiNAyanam |
tatra cAndramasaM jyotiryogI prApya nivartate || 25 ||
