śrīdevyuvāca

śaivāni gāṇapatyāni śāktāni vaiṣṇavāni ca |

kavacāni ca saurāṇi yāni cānyāni tāni ca || 1||

śrutāni devadeveśa tvadvaktrānniḥsṛtāni ca |

kiñcidanyattu devānāṃ kavacaṃ yadi kathyate || 2||

īśvara uvāca

śa‍ṛṇu devi pravakṣyāmi sāvadhānāvadhāraya |

hanumatkavacaṃ puṇyaṃ mahāpātakanāśanam || 3||

etadguhyatamaṃ loke śīghraṃ siddhikaraṃ param |

jayo yasya pragānena lokatrayajito bhavet || 4||

oṃ asya śrīekādaśavaktrahanumatkavacamālāmantrasya

vīrarāmacandra ṛṣiḥ | anuṣṭupchandaḥ | śrīmahāvīrahanumān rudro devatā |

hrīṃ bījam | hrauṃ śaktiḥ | spheṃ kīlakam |

sarvadūtastambhanārthaṃ jihvākīlanārthaṃ,

mohanārthaṃ rājamukhīdevatāvaśyārthaṃ

brahmarākṣasaśākinīḍākinībhūtapretādibādhāparihārārthaṃ

śrīhanumaddivyakavacākhyamālāmantrajape viniyogaḥ |

atha karanyāsaḥ |

oṃ hrauṃ āñjaneyāya aṅguṣṭhabhyāṃ namaḥ |

oṃ spheṃ rudramūrtaye tarjanībhyāṃ namaḥ |

oṃ spheṃ vāyuputrāya madhyamābhyāṃ namaḥ |

oṃ spheṃ añjanīgarbhāya anāmikābhyāṃ namaḥ |

oṃ spheṃ rāmadūtāya kaniṣṭhikābhyāṃ namaḥ |

oṃ hrauṃ brahmāstrādinivāraṇāya karatalakarapṛṣṭhābhyāṃ namaḥ |

atha aṅganyāsaḥ |

oṃ hrauṃ āñjaneyāya hṛdayāya namaḥ |

oṃ spheṃ rudramūrtaye śirase svāhā |

oṃ spheṃ vāyuputrāya śikhāyai vaṣaṭ |

oṃ hrauṃ añjanīgarbhāya kavacāya hum |

oṃ spheṃ rāmadūtāya netratrayāya vauṣaṭ |

oṃ hrauṃ brahmāstrādinivāraṇāya astrāya phaṭ |

brahmādivanditaṃ devaṃ kapikoṭisamanvitaṃ

evaṃ dhyātvā japeddevi kavacaṃ paramādbhutam ||

ityetatkavacaṃ divyaṃ śivena parikīrtitam |

yaḥ paṭhetprayato bhūtvā sarvānkāmānavāpnuyāt ||

dvikālamekakālaṃ vā trivāraṃ yaḥ paṭhennaraḥ |

rogān punaḥ kṣaṇāt jitvā sa pumān labhate śriyam ||

madhyāhne ca jale sthitvā caturvāraṃ paṭhedyadi |

kṣayāpasmārakuṣṭhāditāpatrayanivāraṇam ||

yaḥ paṭhetkavacaṃ divyaṃ hanumaddhyānatatparaḥ |

triḥsakṛdvā yathājñānaṃ so'pi puṇyavatāṃ varaḥ ||

devamabhyarcya vidhivatpuraścaryāṃ samārabhet |

ekādaśaśataṃ jāpyaṃ daśāṃśahavanādikam ||

yaḥ karoti naro bhaktyā kavacasya samādaram |

tataḥ siddhirbhavettasya paricaryāvidhānataḥ ||

gadyapadyamayā vāṇī tasya vaktre prajāyate |

brahmahatyādipāpebhyo mucyate nātra saṃśayaḥ ||
