କୃପାକଟାକ୍ଷଧୋରଣୀନିରୁଦ୍ଧଦୁର୍ଧରାପଦି
କ୍ଵଚିଦ୍ଦିଗମ୍ବରେ ମନୋ ଵିନୋଦମେତୁ ଵସ୍ତୁନି ॥ 3 ॥
ଜଟାଭୁଜଙ୍ଗପିଙ୍ଗଲସ୍ଫୁରତ୍ଫଣାମଣିପ୍ରଭା
କଦମ୍ବକୁଙ୍କୁମଦ୍ରଵପ୍ରଲିପ୍ତଦିଗ୍ଵଧୂମୁଖେ ।
ମଦାନ୍ଧସିନ୍ଧୁରସ୍ଫୁରତ୍ତ୍ଵଗୁତ୍ତରୀଯମେଦୁରେ

ଲଲାଟଚତ୍ଵରଜ୍ଵଲଦ୍ଧନଞ୍ଜଯସ୍ଫୁଲିଙ୍ଗଭା-
-ନିପୀତପଞ୍ଚସାଯକଂ ନମନ୍ନିଲିମ୍ପନାଯକମ୍ ।

ମହାକପାଲିସମ୍ପଦେଶିରୋଜଟାଲମସ୍ତୁ ନଃ ॥ 6 ॥

ନଵୀନମେଘମଣ୍ଡଲୀ ନିରୁଦ୍ଧଦୁର୍ଧରସ୍ଫୁରତ୍-
କୁହୂନିଶୀଥିନୀତମଃ ପ୍ରବନ୍ଧବନ୍ଧୁକନ୍ଧରଃ ।
ନିଲିମ୍ପନିର୍ଝରୀଧରସ୍ତନୋତୁ କୃତ୍ତିସିନ୍ଧୁରଃ
କଲାନିଧାନବନ୍ଧୁରଃ ଶ୍ରିଯଂ ଜଗଦ୍ଧୁରନ୍ଧରଃ ॥ 8 ॥
ପ୍ରଫୁଲ୍ଲନୀଲପଙ୍କଜପ୍ରପଞ୍ଚକାଲିମପ୍ରଭା-
-ଵିଲମ୍ବିକଣ୍ଠକନ୍ଦଲୀରୁଚିପ୍ରବଦ୍ଧକନ୍ଧରମ୍ ।
ସ୍ମରଚ୍ଛିଦଂ ପୁରଚ୍ଛିଦଂ ଭଵଚ୍ଛିଦଂ ମଖଚ୍ଛିଦଂ
ଗଜଚ୍ଛିଦାନ୍ଧକଚ୍ଛିଦଂ ତମନ୍ତକଚ୍ଛିଦଂ ଭଜେ ॥ 9 ॥
ଅଗର୍ଵସର୍ଵମଙ୍ଗଲାକଲାକଦମ୍ବମଞ୍ଜରୀ
ରସପ୍ରଵାହମାଧୁରୀ ଵିଜୃମ୍ଭଣାମଧୁଵ୍ରତମ୍ ।
ସ୍ମରାନ୍ତକଂ ପୁରାନ୍ତକଂ ଭଵାନ୍ତକଂ ମଖାନ୍ତକଂ
ଗଜାନ୍ତକାନ୍ଧକାନ୍ତକଂ ତମନ୍ତକାନ୍ତକଂ ଭଜେ ॥ 10 ॥
ଜଯତ୍ଵଦଭ୍ରଵିଭ୍ରମଭ୍ରମଦ୍ଭୁଜଙ୍ଗମଶ୍ଵସ-

-ଗରିଷ୍ଠରତ୍ନଲୋଷ୍ଠଯୋଃ ସୁହୃଦ୍ଵିପକ୍ଷପକ୍ଷଯୋଃ ।
ତୃଷ୍ଣାରଵିନ୍ଦଚକ୍ଷୁଷୋଃ ପ୍ରଜାମହୀମହେନ୍ଦ୍ରଯୋଃ
ସମଂ ପ୍ରଵର୍ତଯନ୍ମନଃ କଦା ସଦାଶିଵଂ ଭଜେ ॥ 12 ॥
କଦା ନିଲିମ୍ପନିର୍ଝରୀନିକୁଞ୍ଜକୋଟରେ ଵସନ୍
ଵିମୁକ୍ତଦୁର୍ମତିଃ ସଦା ଶିରଃସ୍ଥମଞ୍ଜଲିଂ ଵହନ୍ ।
ଵିମୁକ୍ତଲୋଲଲୋଚନୋ ଲଲାଟଫାଲଲଗ୍ନକଃ
ଶିଵେତି ମନ୍ତ୍ରମୁଚ୍ଚରନ୍ ସଦା ସୁଖୀ ଭଵାମ୍ଯହମ୍ ॥ 13 ॥
ଇମଂ ହି ନିତ୍ଯମେଵମୁକ୍ତମୁତ୍ତମୋତ୍ତମଂ ସ୍ତଵଂ
ପଠନ୍ସ୍ମରନ୍ବ୍ରୁଵନ୍ନରୋ ଵିଶୁଦ୍ଧିମେତିସନ୍ତତମ୍ ।
ହରେ ଗୁରୌ ସୁଭକ୍ତିମାଶୁ ଯାତି ନାନ୍ଯଥା ଗତିଂ
ଵିମୋହନଂ ହି ଦେହିନାଂ ସୁଶଙ୍କରସ୍ଯ ଚିନ୍ତନମ୍ ॥ 14 ॥
ପୂଜାଵସାନସମଯେ ଦଶଵକ୍ତ୍ରଗୀତଂ ଯଃ
