ସନ୍ତୋଷୀ ମାଂ କୀ କରୁଁ,
କୀରତି ସକଲ ବଖାନ॥

ଜଯ ସଂତୋଷୀ ମାଂ ଜଗ ଜନନୀ।
ଖଲ ମତି ଦୁଷ୍ଟ ଦୈତ୍ଯ ଦଲ ହନନୀ॥
ଗଣପତି ଦେଵ ତୁମ୍ହାରେ ତାତା।
ରିଦ୍ଧି ସିଦ୍ଧି କହଲାଵହଂ ମାତା॥
ମାତା-ପିତା କୀ ରହୌ ଦୁଲାରୀ।
କୀରତି କେହି ଵିଧି କହୁଂ ତୁମ୍ହାରୀ॥
କ୍ରୀଟ ମୁକୁଟ ସିର ଅନୁପମ ଭାରୀ।
କାନନ କୁଣ୍ଡଲ କୋ ଛଵି ନ୍ଯାରୀ॥
ସୋହତ ଅଂଗ ଛଟା ଛଵି ପ୍ଯାରୀ।
ସୁନ୍ଦର ଚୀର ସୁନହରୀ ଧାରୀ॥
ଆପ ଚତୁର୍ଭୁଜ ସୁଘଡ़ ଵିଶାଲା।
ଧାରଣ କରହୁ ଗଲେ ଵନ ମାଲା॥
ନିକଟ ହୈ ଗୌ ଅମିତ ଦୁଲାରୀ।
କରହୁ ମଯୂର ଆପ ଅସଵାରୀ॥
ଜାନତ ସବହୀ ଆପ ପ୍ରଭୁତାଈ।
ସୁର ନର ମୁନି ସବ କରହିଂ ବଡ़ାଈ॥
ତୁମ୍ହରେ ଦରଶ କରତ କ୍ଷଣ ମାଈ।
ଦୁଖ ଦରିଦ୍ର ସବ ଜାଯ ନସାଈ॥
ଵେଦ ପୁରାଣ ରହେ ଯଶ ଗାଈ।
କରହୁ ଭକ୍ତ କୀ ଆପ ସହାଈ॥
ବ୍ରହ୍ମା ଢିଂଗ ସରସ୍ଵତୀ କହାଈ।
ଲକ୍ଷ୍ମୀ ରୂପ ଵିଷ୍ଣୁ ଢିଂଗ ଆଈ॥
ଶିଵ ଢିଂଗ ଗିରଜା ରୂପ ବିରାଜୀ।
ମହିମା ତୀନୋଂ ଲୋକ ମେଂ ଗାଜୀ॥
ଶକ୍ତି ରୂପ ପ୍ରଗଟୀ ଜନ ଜାନୀ।
ରୁଦ୍ର ରୂପ ଭଈ ମାତ ଭଵାନୀ॥
ଦୁଷ୍ଟଦଲନ ହିତ ପ୍ରଗଟୀ କାଲୀ।
ଜଗମଗ ଜ୍ଯୋତି ପ୍ରଚଂଡ ନିରାଲୀ॥
ଚଣ୍ଡ ମୁଣ୍ଡ ମହିଷାସୁର ମାରେ।
ଶୁମ୍ଭ ନିଶୁମ୍ଭ ଅସୁର ହନି ଡାରେ॥
ମହିମା ଵେଦ ପୁରନାନ ବରନୀ।
ନିଜ ଭକ୍ତନ କେ ସଂକଟ ହରନୀ॥
ରୂପ ଶାରଦା ହଂସ ମୋହିନୀ।
ନିରଂକାର ସାକାର ଦାହିନୀ॥
ପ୍ରଗଟାଈ ଚହୁଂଦିଶ ନିଜ ମାଯା।
କଣ କଣ ମେଂ ହୈ ତେଜ ସମାଯା॥
ପୃଥ୍ଵୀ ସୂର୍ଯ ଚନ୍ଦ୍ର ଅରୁ ତାରେ।
ତଵ ଇଂଗିତ କ୍ରମ ବଦ୍ଧ ହୈଂ ସାରେ॥
ପାଲନ ପୋଷଣ ତୁମହୀଂ କରତା।
କ୍ଷଣ ଭଂଗୁର ମେଂ ପ୍ରାଣ ହରତା॥
ବ୍ରହ୍ମା ଵିଷ୍ଣୁ ତୁମ୍ହେଂ ନିତ ଧ୍ଯାଵୈଂ।
ଶେଷ ମହେଶ ସଦା ମନ ଲାଵେ॥
ମନୋକମନା ପୂରଣ କରନୀ।
ପାପ କାଟନୀ ଭଵ ଭଯ ତରନୀ॥
ଚିତ୍ତ ଲଗାଯ ତୁମ୍ହେଂ ଜୋ ଧ୍ଯାତା।
ସୋ ନର ସୁଖ ସମ୍ପତ୍ତି ହୈ ପାତା॥
ବନ୍ଧ୍ଯା ନାରି ତୁମହିଂ ଜୋ ଧ୍ଯାଵୈଂ।
ପୁତ୍ର ପୁଷ୍ପ ଲତା ସମ ଵହ ପାଵୈଂ॥
ପତି ଵିଯୋଗୀ ଅତି ଵ୍ଯାକୁଲନାରୀ।
ତୁମ ଵିଯୋଗ ଅତି ଵ୍ଯାକୁଲଯାରୀ॥
କନ୍ଯା ଜୋ କୋଇ ତୁମକୋ ଧ୍ଯାଵୈ।
ଅପନା ମନ ଵାଂଛିତ ଵର ପାଵୈ॥
ଶୀଲଵାନ ଗୁଣଵାନ ହୋ ମୈଯା।
ଅପନେ ଜନ କୀ ନାଵ ଖିଵୈଯା॥
ଵିଧି ପୂର୍ଵକ ଵ୍ରତ ଜୋ କୋଈ କରହୀଂ।
ତାହି ଅମିତ ସୁଖ ସଂପତ୍ତି ଭରହୀଂ॥
ଗୁଡ़ ଔର ଚନା ଭୋଗ ତୋହି ଭାଵୈ।
ସେଵା କରୈ ସୋ ଆନଂଦ ପାଵୈ॥
ଶ୍ରଦ୍ଧା ଯୁକ୍ତ ଧ୍ଯାନ ଜୋ ଧରହୀଂ।
ସୋ ନର ନିଶ୍ଚଯ ଭଵ ସୋଂ ତରହୀଂ॥
ଉଦ୍ଯାପନ ଜୋ କରହି ତୁମ୍ହାରା।
ତାକୋ ସହଜ କରହୁ ନିସ୍ତାରା॥
ନାରି ସୁହାଗିନ ଵ୍ରତ ଜୋ କରତୀ।
ସୁଖ ସମ୍ପତ୍ତି ସୋଂ ଗୋଦୀ ଭରତୀ॥
ଜୋ ସୁମିରତ ଜୈସୀ ମନ ଭାଵା।
ସୋ ନର ଵୈସୋ ହୀ ଫଲ ପାଵା॥
ସାତ ଶୁକ୍ର ଜୋ ଵ୍ରତ ମନ ଧାରେ।
ତାକେ ପୂର୍ଣ ମନୋରଥ ସାରେ॥
ସେଵା କରହି ଭକ୍ତି ଯୁତ ଜୋଈ।
ତାକୋ ଦୂର ଦରିଦ୍ର ଦୁଖ ହୋଈ॥
ଜୋ ଜନ ଶରଣ ମାତା ତେରୀ ଆଵୈ।
ତାକେ କ୍ଷଣ ମେଂ କାଜ ବନାଵୈ॥
ଜଯ ଜଯ ଜଯ ଅମ୍ବେ କଲ୍ଯାନୀ।
କୃପା କରୌ ମୋରୀ ମହାରାନୀ॥
ଜୋ କୋଈ ପढ़ୈ ମାତ ଚାଲୀସା।
ତାପେ କରହିଂ କୃପା ଜଗଦୀଶା॥
ନିତ ପ୍ରତି ପାଠ କରୈ ଇକ ବାରା।
ସୋ ନର ରହୈ ତୁମ୍ହାରା ପ୍ଯାରା॥
ନାମ ଲେତ ବ୍ଯାଧା ସବ ଭାଗେ।
ରୋଗ ଦୋଷ କବହୂଁ ନହୀଂ ଲାଗେ॥
